George and I buy, refurbish and refinance properties in the North East. We then rent these out the tenants on a long term basis. This enables us to put our investors cash to good use. We have a great built and refurbishment team meaning we can get our refurbs completed within 1 month of getting the keys. 

Once completed we get great reliable tenants to rent long term, this provides great near passive income and great accommodation refurbished to a high standard requiring little maintenance. 

We offer 8% return per annum and can offer security such as first charges. All contracts are drawn up by solicitors and we plan on long term relationships with a small number of investors.
